What is the application experience like, and how can I prepare for it?

In order to begin the application, just tap on the banner in your app and an information screen will pop up. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Get Started" to begin the application.

The process consists of the following:

  • Payroll Information

  • I-9 Form and E-Verification

  • Federal W-4 Form

  • Employment Offer + Agreements (signature required)

  • Employee Handbook (signature required)

Application Step

What is Needed from You

Why It's Needed

Payroll Information

You will need to complete a Form W-4, verify your identity, and provide banking information.

We need payroll information from you to ensure you are properly paid as a Qwick employee.

Employment Verification

You will be asked to complete a Form I-9 and complete the e-verification process through Workbright, our application vendor.

The federal government requires employers to verify that all employees are eligible to work in the United States.

Employment Offer

You will be asked to review + sign a letter containing your offer of employment.

The offer letter confirms that Qwick has offered you employment and sets forth the terms of your employment.

Employment Agreements

You will be asked to review and sign the Employee Handbook, a confidentiality agreement, and an arbitration agreement. Please review all of these carefully before signing.

The Employee Handbook explains important policies and procedures that govern your employment. The confidentiality agreement explains your duties of confidentiality when working with our business partners. The arbitration agreement is an agreement to pursue any claims you have against Qwick in arbitration and not court. Please review these carefully before signing.

What is required during the employment eligibility step in the application process?

The federal government requires all U.S. employers to verify that employees are eligible to work in the United States. As such, you will be asked to complete a Form I-9 during the application process. You'll also need to provide a document that verifies your identity (the most common one is your passport or passport card, but there are several options to choose from). You can either provide one document from List A OR a combination of Lists B and C documents.

The e-verification process is done via a third-party vendor we work with called Workbright. You'll need to coordinate with someone you trust to help you complete this step in person. Workbright will ask for this person’s cell phone number and then send them a text message prompting them to verify your identity. Once they sign the form, the step is complete!

How will I know if I’ve successfully been hired by Qwick?

Once you have completed all of the tasks on the application checklist and been hired by Labor Force Group, LLC, you'll receive a welcome email from us and a text message from our support line, 79425. Available W-2 shifts are distinguished in the app with a W-2 badge:

You can also expect to receive texts and push notifications to know when a new W-2 shift is posted.

Do I need to work a minimum number of hours or shifts to remain eligible for W-2 shifts?

We stand by our philosophy and mission of creating flexible work. Work when you want, where you want, and as often as you want. You just need to work one shift (regardless of the shift duration) every 12 months to remain employed by us.
