In the event of a failed payment, the first thing you should do is keep an eye out for any action items flagged by Stripe on your dashboard (or sometimes sent via email). Oftentimes, you'll need to update your information within the Stripe dashboard, at which point Stripe will automatically reinitiate payment within 1โ€“2 business days.

Please direct any outstanding Stripe questions to Stripe's support team.
