Why is the app showing my account as ineligible?

Your account may have been suspended or marked as ineligible. Review our eligibility policies, and follow these tips to regain access.

There are multiple reasons you may be marked as ineligible and therefore unable to access the Qwick platform: shift cancelations, no-shows, low ratings from businesses, having a duplicate account, or multiple late clock-ins.

Duplicate accounts are not permitted on the platform. If you already have a Qwick account, newly added accounts will be rejected. If you'd like to update your personal information on an existing account, please reach out to support at 79425.

If you feel that you've been mistakenly marked ineligible, please complete this form. A team member will review it and get back to you within 3 business days.
